REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFPs)
PLUMBER
ELECTRICIAN
LT CONSTRUCTION/PAINTING/CARPENTRY
The Coldenham Fire District is soliciting three (3) separate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the following services from qualified contractors/personnel. Plumbing, Electrical, and Lt Construction/painting/carpentry.
Sealed RFPs for the above shall be received at the Coldenham Fire House until 7:30 pm on December 11, 2023 at which time the RFPs will be opened and read aloud.
Specifications for these individual RFPs may be obtained by interested parties free of charge by requesting such specifications via email request to: request4specs@coldenhamfd.org or contacting Chairman Jacobowitz at (845) 755-0231.
RFP submissions shall be in accordance with the instructions. A statement of non-collusion and proof of liability and workers compensation insurance must accompany RFPs submitted. RFPs must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked as “RFP for (the appropriate service as stated on the spec)” and can be mailed to Coldenham Fire District, Attn: Secretary Keenan, PO Box 10595, Newburgh NY 12552-0595 or can be dropped off at the fire station located at 511 Coldenham Rd, Walden NY. Note: Do NOT mail RFPs to the Walden address. RFPs received after 7:30 pm on December 11, 2023 will not be opened or honored.
The Coldenham Fire District reserves the right to reject any and all RFPs and to accept the bid best suited for its specific needs.
RFPs will be binding for 60 days subsequent to opening.
